Send a laptop with faulty hardware (ram), dishonest seller. I'd avoid.

Buyer tried to get a refund after installing a separate/ different operating system. Buyer did not return item for a refund within set period. We cannot verify or rectify a ram problem we were not made aware of straight away, why would you install a new operating system over a legitimate one before contacting us. We are very good at refunding when there is a problem, I am disappointed that the buyer felt that the rules did not apply to him.
