    Delivered quickly, I was kept well informed. Worked fine when installed, perfect. The only negative, which relates to the manufacturer (HP) rather than the seller, is that there was no date anywhere on the plastic packaging. There was no box (which would presumably have had a date stamp) but the plastic package was intact so all is well. However HP must be aware that these items are sold/supplied without boxes, so a date on the box is useless, it needs to be on the initial packaging as well.
