In fact, this was a sale in which we lost money on. The one thing my siblings tell me all the time (Family Owned Business). Is that I put so much energy into every customer no matter what they spend. This buyer has been on ebay for over 10yrs. and has purchased over a 1,000 times and said that this was the best he has ever been treated and no one else in all the years has ever shown genuine service like we did.

We were kept informed on all the custom details including color coding and even a link to a personalized video show the steps for finding and assigned the best frequencies operating in the area where the microphones are being used. The microphones arrived as described and have now become our main performance microphones. Just like many other buyers before this one. They could have EASILY found a cheaper price elsewhere.
