It could have been stuck in an envelope and scent with a stamp. If sent it like you advised, it'd came broken and you'd complain again. 21 days from Ankara/Turkey is normal delivery time which USPS delivers it, If you want fast delivery, then pay more get it with fedex.Shipping Price is not determined by us, It's determined by USPS. 8.5$ for overseas is very cheap, Try EU sellers shipping prices if you dare. Pls do not purchase from us again.
