My item didn't arrive through no fault of the seller as it was dispatched virtually the day I bought it, I ordered other cards from other sellers and have had the same issue, so it seems to be a logistical problem, however when I contacted them, they responded very quickly and even followed up to see how the order was progressing, I don't normally leave reviews but the level of customer service I received was outstanding!
