  Padded envelopes to ship GBP 140 book - heavy damage. Took 13 days to approve return. Did not issue return label, blaming ebay bug. Told me to buy return shipping and claimed to have reimbursed me for that. When I discovered they hadn't, I decided to take my business elsewhere, rather than buy replacement copy from them. (They had set one aside for me at my request.) No solution -other than discount on replacement copy- offered as reimbursement of return shipping costs, thus no solution. Beware!
