    I purchased from this supplier because the timing was consistent with my vacation in Argentina, but I left the city on May 25th, so I have no way to access the product. The seller accuses ROYAL delivery service, but they also offer no solution, and I don't see any changes in the shipping history. I received no attention from the seller; they simply said it wasn't their fault. My product was supposed to arrive on June 4th as the last day, and today, June 11th, I still haven't heard anything.

    We have replied to this customer more than 20 times with details explanation every time. As it's an international shipment we can not do much, still we have chased many times with Royal Mail, they confirmed that sometimes it takes more time than usual time as they work with internatinal partner courier. Also We have provided tracking information , it saying: In Transit We have received your item at LANGLEY HWDC, our international processing centre. Not Sure what else could be done
