  The mount didn't arrive 2 weeks after purchase. In response to my message, instead of resolving the problem, the seller is asking my name and postcode. I'm surprised as these details should already be on the Order details and I feel like this is just a waste of time. This is my very first negative feedback since opening my account more than a decade ago!

  Bought the item, a week went by without delivery so I chased it up. Turns out they didn’t have any in stock (why was it listed?) so I requested a refund. Terrible customer service as I had to chase. Their stock then arrived and despite saying I wanted a refund they sent it me anyway. They then agreed to refund the postage for my inconvenience, but despite me chasing twice, they still haven’t done. Avoid.

  Poorly packaged and not insulated therefore all the pieces were loose in a plastic sachet with a rusted and scratched allen key. , also posted out on 2- 3 day delivery 2nd class, i paid for it on friday it arrived the following friday... Product is ok ish... The service not so.
