They informed me that they had bought this in good faith from their supplier as an original but came to an agreement with me that I could return the item or accept a compromise ( which I chose to do). Item was new as described. Good communication and prompt delivery.

    Item was delivered speedily and was well packaged. It was in new condition but the instructions file was incomplete. I raised this issue with the dealer and received a very prompt reply. The dealer then sourced the missing information for me very quickly and offered a refund for the inconvenience. I would, therefore, be very happy to do business with this dealer again.

    The item arrived within the scheduled window. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the Item, but as I was able to repair this myself and it was usable, I decided to keep it. On informing Andy of my disappointment, he was quick to respond and offered a full refund on return or a partial refund, which I accepted.     This item took some getting. It was sent promptly where it sat for at least two weeks in Yodel’s depot. I raised an issue and I have to say that the seller could not have been more helpful in ensuring that I received a replacement , under fast despatch. Item is superb, very happy with cost and postage. It’s great to see good old fashioned excellent customer service and I cannot praise or recommend the seller more highly. Buy with absolute confidence. Thanks for all of your comms and efforts!!
