The dealer then sourced the missing information for me very quickly and offered a refund for the inconvenience. I would, therefore, be very happy to do business with this dealer again.

    This item took some getting. It was sent promptly where it sat for at least two weeks in Yodel’s depot. I raised an issue and I have to say that the seller could not have been more helpful in ensuring that I received a replacement , under fast despatch. Item is superb, very happy with cost and postage. It’s great to see good old fashioned excellent customer service and I cannot praise or recommend the seller more highly. Buy with absolute confidence. Thanks for all of your comms and efforts!!
