  I'm leaving a neutral review since the seller sent me a hat other than what was advertised, by the seller - something the seller has a history of doing to other customers - both neutral and negative reviews. The hat for sale has the contrasting shades of blue (see attached pic). The hat the seller sent me, only has the sky blue (see attached pic).
