    Magnets exactly as described and pleased with the product. Unfortunately, and completely not the fault of the seller, the small package went missing for a while with Royal Mail. The item did turn up eventually, original packaging torn and damaged, placed in another plastic bag along with a note from Royal Mail apologising both for the delayed delivery and the damaged packaging. Everything inside was intact and as ordered. So great seller, not so great Royal Mail.

    I brought (6x2mm) and I have to say that they are incredibly strong, so strong that I accidentally chipped one. The seller was very responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. The condition of the magnets were amazing. The only problem is that it’s a little bit expensive, but all in all this is a trusted seller and will order again in the future. Order arrived on time and was protected very well in the packaging.

    I have revised my original neutral feedback as the very slow delivery was entirely down to Royal Mail. After some discussions with the seller it has been determined that the items were posted almost immediately after ordering and any delay was Royal Mails fault so both the seller and I were let down by them. The quality of the items, the communication and service from the seller has been excellent so be assured of a good purchasing experience from this seller!
