    Terrible experience. I accidentally used the wrong address for my order as I’ve just moved house. Under eBay rules a buyer is entitled to cancel an order before it is dispatched. I requested to cancel my instantly and messaged the seller. Many hours later the seller declined my request saying that the order was already dispatched even though it was not when I requested to cancel. I had to travel 50 miles to collect my order. Bad service. The seller does not communicate nor respect buyers rights.

    Item loses a couple of stars for description as that pictured is quite clearly labelled as being 'Made in Hungary' whilst that received is 'Made in China'. Therefore it is not actually a genuine Nokia battery but rather a generic Nokia compatible battery. It does however fit my 6020 model and appears to be satisfactorily holding charge. Also although the item did not arrive on time this was more due to Royal Mail than the seller Communication with the seller was easy with a quick response time

    Despite being a very small package and sending by Royal Mail First class it still took over 12 days (after dispatch) to arrive (within the UK). I flagged up no delivery and sender responded to wait a little longer. It eventually arrived.
