They didn’t follow what they told “dispatch the item after 5 working days” I placed ordered and paid on 2nd Feb and they dispatched it on 10th Feb, it took 8 days for dispatching it’s because they didn’t have stock on hand and ordered my item from Japan Amazon after I paid to them, they got the item from Amazon Japan on 8th Feb, that’s why there was a huge delay.
And they lied they dispatched the item in the early days and kept asking me be patient but couldn’t provide tracking information.

Seller waited until final shipping deadline to “ship”. Upon “shipping” they sent a message stating tracking information would soon follow. After waiting 10 more days for tracking info, I reported the issue to eBay and they ended up refunding me. They informed me they were unable to obtain tracking information from the seller. Initially purchased the item 3/28. Refund was received on 5/31. Zero communication from seller aside from “shipping” message.
