  I don't like giving negative feedback. The storage box arrived broken. Communicated with seller and after some negotiating they offered 80% of costs returned. Which i accepted because it was not their fault that the item was broken. In the end all sorted. Many thanks. Leighton.

  I received my package on the estimated delivery date but my package was damaged by the courier service during transportation. I contacted the seller about the problem. communication with the seller was very good I had no problem waiting for a reply as the seller did not delay to reply to sort the problem out effectively. I will definitely purchase again using a different courier service to deliver my order. Thanks again. 😊

  Case arrived broken and was completely unusable. Sent photos to seller who offered a 20% refund. I said I was not prepared to pay anything for something that was totally unusable and I wanted a replacement or full refund. I was then offered a 40% reduction and then a 70% reduction before the seller eventually got the message and sent a replacement which arrived quickly and undamaged. So satisfactory outcome in the end just a shame it took a week of messages to get to that point.
