Seller was great. Product was unfortunately defective, which is not uncommon for the item we bought. Everything arrived in perfect condition and in a very fast manner. The seller was awesome and was very accommodating when we explained what we were experiencing. The craftsmanship of the castle was great, and since this item is sold out at Disney, it was excellent that we were able to get it at the cost we did. Ultimately we ordered a different unit elsewhere. But would buy from this seller again
