My experience was a positive one, despite having to return these lovely sandals. There was nothing wrong with them; they're high quality at a great price. Beautiful colour, as described, well packaged and delivered in good time. The only reason I returned them was because they didn't fit my diabetic feet, which was a huge disappointment! Text out of alignment on lid of each of the two boxes purchased (see attached image). Seller contacted on same day of delivery (see attached image) but did not acknowledge or respond. I would have considered a partial refund but after waiting and not receiving a response, returned them. A refund was promptly issued but again, not accompanied by any acknowledgement or apology. In summary, poor quality and zero comm's.
