Item arrived 7 days after purchase. While it's not the famous Prime 2 days, at this price I'm willing to wait 5 more days. Seller communicated that the item had arrived. I did not try to reach out to them as I don't see any issue.

    Don’t trust the 97% positive ratings for this seller. I spent $400 on a pc that was never sent to me, tracking said shipping label was created but they didn’t have the package for two weeks. I reached out and asked when it would ship and they said they already gave the package to ups and would look into it but they never got back to me about it. I ended up needing a refund for the item and had to look elsewhere.

    Ordered and paid for device. Shipping label was created 10 days ago but was never delivered to UPS to ship. Have tried to contact the seller multiple times with no response. I am now contacting eBay for a refund. Do not purchase from this organization you will never receive your item.
