MWP Distillers change normal tap water into pure water by heating it into a purified steam vapour which is free from all chemicals, pollutants, toxins and contaminants. The vapour is then condensed back into pure fresh water that once cooled is ready for consumption.

    I was sent a rude message calling me a liar by someone from the organisation who is in charge of WhatsApp. I have requested a refund because the bottom unit was burning when I boiled my water. I have read other comments and this seems to be a common issue with the units and is not fit for purpose. Under the consumer rights act 2015 I am legally entitled to a refund. They have now opened a case against me and I will see the outcome. Terrible service & RUBBISH units that are overpriced. AVOID!!!!
