The packaging was safe overall (the card was inside a PSA sleeve, then placed in a plastic bag, between several A4 sheets, and finally in a bubble mailer), but for a PSA 10 card from a professional store I would have expected something more rigid and protective. In the end, the card arrived intact. Overall, positive experience and a reliable seller.
