  Item that arrived did not match the listing as different colour, seller said they had used the wrong photo due to not having a photo of the actual item. Listing has since been edited to show a photo of the actual item. Replacement was offered but never arrived.

  Tracking shows replacement delivered on 7th December. It was sent to the same address as original. I send everything tracked for this reason. Feedback left is not accurate, I always help customers when it is a genuine complaint. This feedback is both insulting and inaccurate to what actually happened.
