  Worst ever experience in a seller on Ebay. They advertised the spanners as ratchet spanners Which they was not .when I told them that I wanted a refund and send the spanners back to them they wanted to give me a 35% refund , which I declined , So i sent the spanners back to them and asked for a full refund of £22 +. They then gave me a percale refund of £11 odd , they took off me £10.70 , what for I do not know as they have not responded to my messages I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS SELLER TO ANYONE

  i sent back as thought it came with the arbour and bits and bit expensive just for core drill head . you have to chose the kit by scrolling down to bottom of list and add . the items included in the listing is abit misleading . but honest seller and refunded no problem

  Nice item, good quality, easy transaction and good communications. Transaction was easy but delivery was very slow. I don't believe this was the sellers fault, I put it down to the delivery company. Would buy from them again but I would hope they change their carrier.
