Ordered 20th, told it would arrive by 23rd. Had not arrived by the 24th so contacted them and got no response. Contacted again on the 27th and still no response and no delivery. They marked the item as dispatched on the 20th. Not good at all. Even more interesting as I'm writing this I notice that there is an option saying estimated delivery time being the 28th yet, thats not what it says when you go to buy it.

We are happy with the light fitting which was as ordered and delivered on time, however, one of the three light bulbs ordered at the same time is not as ordered. We ordered cool white and the third one is warm white and looks obviously different from the other two when you switch them on. The boxes are all the same so presumably on has got into the wrong box by mistake. I am sending a photo so that you can see for yourselves.
