Communication prior to despatch was great as I was told that the instruction manual and a few other little items that were in the photos had been misplaced, however a link to the online manual was provided and we agreed on an appropriate price reduction, the up-front honesty was appreciated.

    Happy with purchase although to be particular when taken out of box the Ninja was really dirty also would say that to out an option to offer best price and to decline offer and counter offer with just £4.99 off list price must be more hassle than it’s worth. However I’m still happy with my purchase comments just for info. Deliver was quick and when expected wouldn’t put me off using seller again
