  The squat machine is just amazing, exactly what I wanted .the quality is top notch. The seller is really good and very kind . My squat machine arrived well packaged but with a broken cord under the seat which is definitely not the seller’s fault but from the delivery people, I contacted the seller about it and she amazed me , she handled the issue with ease and even compensated me .   The pump arrived well packed but unfortunately the 12 cigarette lighter plug was loose and the ferrule had broken making it unusable. Communication with seller was good and they did their best to keep the sale, concentrating on compensation, but would replace if all else failed. I decided to keep the pump and repair it. I have done that now and the pump works as expected.
