Delivery men were friendly, helpful, handled package with care and professional too. The bed is of good height, and came partly setup.     Good delivery timings,excellent communication got step by step information.The delivery drivers both very polite and helpfull felt asthough they would of put it anywhere with no problems.The bed itself is well made solid and looks alot more expensive than it was came with everything I'd recommend putting a rest post on the main middle support beam just to toughen the middle up abit but that's just my opinion.Thank you for the AAA+ purchase and service
