I received the above item Wartosin and on the bottom of the box it stated " Caution _NOT suitable for removal of moles". The box on the front stated " Wart Remover" so presumably it was meant just for warts. The advertisement - see above -clearly states safe for removal of moles . I wrote and complained to the seller and have received no reply and therefore no refund either of £5 90 spent on the product.

Hi, I recieved my kansa wand today, via Royal Mail. Excellent customer service from the seller, very well packaged, was in clear plastic sealed, then bubble wrap, boxed and then in a postage bag. I would deffinately reccomend this seller, and would purchase from the company in the future. Thankyou

Im a happy customer. Amazingly, I ordered on 12/28 & rcvd it on 1/4, from INDIA to Cali. Wow! Well packed. Item is smaller than pictured but still beautiful. I had no communication w/seller. Only complaint is the carrier. I needed it to go to my USPS Box but Fed Ex wouldn't deliver there & I had to stay home to rcv it.
