  I receive the item at 11:30 a.m. today(21 Feb.). Though this item is late to ship my home but the content of dvd is very good. I want to thank you to let me free to download this manual. l will still to reorder it again to pay you , you don't need mail it again. The English Alphabets of the envelope that you mailed are not enough clear to cause mailman to delay shipping.(attched the photo picture , for example: N like a "W", X like a "A", G like a " 6").
