Listing stated shipping by Priority Mail, but item arrived in a GROUND ADVANTAGE BUBBLE MAILER and slightly damaged from inadequate packing. So I paid $20 for Priority and seller sent a cheaper service to save himself a few $. For $20 you'd think you'd at least get good packing, boxed isn't too much to ask. He claims eBay cancelled the sale but would not honor the sale. All because there were no other bids and I won the auction for $1.00. This is the second time he's done this to me. The same thing happened with no other bidders and I won the auction for $1.00. He claimed that his employee had a heart attack. He will claim that I am a bad buyer.
