    Ho effettuato ordine ma poi sembra che sia annullato l'ordine. IO NON HO ANNULLATO L'ORDINE. Poi scopro che mi ha rimborsato la cifra dell'ordine MA IO HO PAGATO 2 VOLTE!!!!! Non riesco a contattare il venditore, vorrei spiegazioni!

    Salve gentile cliente le abbiamo risposto subito alla sua domanda per quanto riguarda il doppio pagamento e le abbiamo già riferito che abbiamo ricevuto soltanto uno, non due come lei afferma, se non le risulta può contattare direttamente il servizio clienti ebay in modo che loro le potranno confermale e chiarire questa situazione. sinceramente a noi dispiace ricevere dei feedback negativi anche quando in realtà non dovremmo riceverli, questo incide sulla nostra performance come venditore.
