My original order, which was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, was delivered in Pittsburgh instead of to my Wisconsin delivery address. Seller offered to refund my money. When I accepted that offer, they told me they had sent a replacement instead and it would arrive in time for Christmas. What arrived is a MUCH darker color than the one my granddaughter wanted and NOT the color in the picture where I ordered. My replacement order arrived the day after Christmas.
