    Brilliant smart watch for your medical purposes and the strap is good for not having to adjust regularly like my other one and fairly comfortable but you will need to refer to you phone for better details on your connections like your sleep and notifications and it's not that very good for the interaction with your phone on other apps like your alarms, reading or deleting messages/ notifications, I prefer my fit bit for daily use because that one doesn't require me to refer to my phone as much.
