  Seller offered me a deal I couldn't refuse and shipped it immediately after I purchased, so they get points for price and speed. But the package was unfortunately damaged. It looked like the box containing Syaoran had been previously opened, too. The items inside the box were in good condition, though, so the "New" description still seemed accurate enough.   receipt of the goods was on the due date. However there was an unexpected issue. After a very unsatisfactory previous experience with Amazon I resolved never to be involved with them ever again. I was therefore surprised to be told by you that they would be the delivery agent. They did not have my order details so I was unable to contact them with a query. In the event the delivery was made by DFD so no issues actually arose.
