I use Avon products a lot & they are always great quality but these mini palettes went out of stock on their website super fast so I was delighted to find them on eBay. I used this seller as they didn’t “hike up” the price. I wasn’t disappointed as the customer service was very good;- the seller contacted me to let me know they’d been posted without being asked. Also they arrived much faster than anticipated. I can recommend this seller & wouldn’t hesitate to order anything from them again

The item was well described! Unfortunately the seller did not wrapped the products well 😔. It came opened and I lost lots of the face wash cleanser. Really disappointed 😞😞😞. The packaging was broken and wet!!!!! Bad experience

I'm sorry to hear that the products arrived damaged on their long way to Mauritius. In such cases I'm encouraging my customers to get in touch with me so that I can sort out a replacement and deal with the carrier about the damaged contents
