  Decent postage time, item was brand new as described, packing could of been better as it was sent in just a jiffy bag but over all good service and price was good

  First item received had substantial cracks in filter body at both threads and pack did not contain a male hose adapter to fit into the female end of the filter body (contained 3 female adapters instead). Seller sent replacement pack which contained a good filter body with no cracks but still did not contain the male connector, as shown in the advert and required to enable it to be used as an "inline" filter in a hose system. Seller didn't understand so I bought a male connector elsewhere!
