    The product delivered was not the same product purchased, with inferior quality and I also had to pay extra for longer ramps, which are extremely heavy, when I asked to buy new aluminum ramps and give my new ones as part of the payment, the company did not accept.

    Dear customer, thank you for your feedback, in fact you have aggreed to get different trailer delivered as we didnt have one listed avalible, you have acctualy recived better trailer for extra £50, you have been informed that this other trailer comes with longer ramps and we also send you a lisstng number so you was aware of what exact trailer will be delivered. You have informed after 2 weeks about ramps being to heavy and we was unable to swap them as you have allredy use them.
