  The item was described with a rapid dispatch. Unfortunately the item was missing a part. The vendor was excellent although I confused things by not understanding a message correctly. This was all my fault and not the vendor. The vendor was excellent and refunded a massive 95% and let me keep the item. Great communication and service from the vendor.
