Seller sent me cheap gildan Tee’s with a dingey colored vinyl pressed design & when i requested a refund (which is still pending) they offered me $10 & to keep the sh***y shirt they sent me, im still disputing a sale where they charged me $95 for shipping and they wont reply back to me at all..worst seller on ebay i wouldnt buy water from them to drink if i was dying of thirst in a desert..i hope they contract malaria

The seller never even sent the shirt I ordered. They mailed a thank you card with no shirt in the package, and when I tried to contact the seller for them to make it right they tried to gaslight me that USPS is the issue. the card arrived in the package with the eBay tracking number, and is clearly directly from the seller, but they refuse to admit they scammed me, and won't issue a refund

First of all, we apologize for this inconvenience. A very small portion of orders that are missed by USPS scanning will arrive later, hence we will send an apology letter to customers first, usually followed by the order arriving within 1 to 2 days. We thought that this would appease the customers' concerns but it seems to have had the opposite effect, so we are prepared to offer a refund if the customer requests it. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
