Packing material was great, so it must have been roughed up in shipping. I contacted the seller and he got back to me within 30 minutes and in short order had the replacement part shipped. The build quality is excellent and I’m excited to put this all together. The only thing that can go wrong from here is me messing up the installation.

It works great, I will soon add more filter media, but all pieces fit perfectly. I crudely made a picture with measurements and within less than a week had what i needed at my door, for a reasonable price. tyvm.
