  The items I purchased were as described and communication was good. There was some damage to one of the items during shipping from inadequate packaging, but the seller offered a partial refund for the damaged item. She was fair. Shipping costs were a bit high due to the size of packaging. But overall, it was a great value even with the shipping for what I received even though one of the lamp shades was damaged. I am very pleased with my purchase. I would purchase from this seller again.

  Great seller! Exactly the yarn I needed, and it was the last one seller had! But I was on vacation and wouldn’t be back when seller’s quick shipping promised to deliver it— contacted seller, who agreed to hold off on shipping until I got home so my package would not be left on the porch with no one home. Received it today, wonderfully packed, and just as described. Thank you to the seller for accommodating my request for a later shipping date.
