Postal service took too long so I reported 'item not received' , so as a good seller I was issued a refund. Then, very late the item was delivered, BUT, at the same time I was expecting the same item from another seller. I left that seller good feedback. Now I realised it wasn't their item but the original. I waited for the second one to actually be delivered before returning the original back to this seller at my expense. THANKS POSTAL SERVICE !!.

The Vicks humidifier works great and matches the description, which is a plus. However, the ‘free shipping’ cost me an extra £3 at the post office due to a weight discrepancy. I tried contacting the seller but got no response. The product is excellent, but the shipping issue and lack of communication are frustrating. Buyers should be aware of potential extra costs!!!

Seller marked item ad posted, but gave a false royal mail tracking number, then after messaging a few times, never got back to me and 2 weeks later I had to contact eBay to step in and a refund was issued. It's absolutely awful that buyers get their money right away, but it's ok for them not to post it, give false information then the buyer ends up weeks without a refund, to be told you've still got to wait. This is exactly why I'd stopped buying on ebay, vinted is way better. Disgusted.
