    Whilst there was a delay in the product being delivered, when I contacted the seller they were quick to respond and explain the situation. It was marked up as dispatched when it clearly had not been but thebseller expalined there had been a delay at their end. The product when it arrived was as described

    I’m giving a positive feedback due to the sellers response, the item was delivered very late and no way of tracking the item. The product was very poor quality and I wasn’t expecting a refund, but the seller WAS 100% very understanding and gave a refund immediately with no hesitation and no problems. The seller was brilliant in responding and I will definitely buy from them again.

    I placed 4 eBay orders on the same day , this order arrived 3 days later than the other orders. The order was not well packaged and the garlands were all mis-shaped. After a few minutes I got them back into the shape they were meant to be and fluffed up the paper flowers. All the lights work and I’m sure they’ll be fine for the festival. Seller could do more to protect them in transit though and improve the service. Buyers to note.

    Product completely fine, as described and good value for money and dispatched quickly, no trouble recommending this seller on these counts. Terrible choice in courier, they took a considerable time to deliver and just dump the parcel on the front door step when it would happily go through the letterbox.
