Bought on a Sunday, delivered 2 days later by APC Courier.Kept fully informed by text and email of progress.On the day I got a 2 hour time slot, and was able to track my delivery position on APC website.Very handy as could see how many stops before me, and work out to within 5 minutes when my delivery would be once I was the next one.TV was in original box.No outer box, but it was well protected anyway.Very good service,very good tv, and a very good price! I was given a date and a 2 hour time slot between 6.21 - 8.21 am and warned that it could also be any time after that during the day and if I missed it I would be charged for re-delivery. The item was delivered around 8am and the delivery team were very helpful and professional.
