We have been selling beautiful things for over 22 years. Not only do we sell them, we also collect and love them ourselves. Our primary focus is items for the home, dinnerware, flatware, silver, crystal and antiques. However we also have children with an ever changing appetite for entertainment, so you just might find those items as well.

    The teapot lid was chipped during shipping. The seller only placed a paper towel between the lid and teapot there for it got chipped during shipping. The lid should have been wrapped with bubble wrap individually and placed in a zip lock bag. Emailed the seller but no reply back. The least the seller could have done is reply back to the email with an apology.

    This item was safely wrapped like I ship all my items it was in ample bubble wrap and taped securely the item did not break during shipment. I'm positive it broke after you opened it. Not only does it not move during shipment it's also double boxed. Paper towel is placed between lid and body simply to add protection from rubbing. It was fully protected and tightly taped in the bubble wrap so nothing moved. Not until you opened it.
