However I contacted customer services and they apologised for their mistake, and sent the remaining 48 packs by express delivery. Can't fault the service really as they immediately stepped up. Excellent value for money. The boxes were only wrapped in thin plastic which meant some of them were a bit bashed, but the pouches weren't damaged.
