Excellent service, Mercen couldn't have done more to help, Parcelforce didn't deliver the original package, I had to go to the depot to collect. unfortunately on fitting, one of the air bags leaked, had a phone call with Mercen and he put another replacement straight into the post on a next day AM delivery, which fixed the problem. He was helpful and polite all the way with nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Prompt delivery. Item brackets were newer version than listing showed. Retailer helpful to reassure fitting instructions where slightly unclear. One bag had slight leak when tested on van. Retailer helped resolve by suggesting we order single airbag replacement and then refunded cost of individual bag when we'd returned it. Refund was given promptly. Kit weighs about 10kg
