    After accepting my bid I contacted seller to check player for proper working condition as this was my fourth purchase. When received, “stop” feature on dvd side was inoperative. The item was never “tested” properly as advertised. Seller offered $6.25 refund on $42.40 purchase or send back. Already paid $15.90 shipping to get here and not interested in paying that again to send back. This was the fourth player I tried to buy, and it was misrepresented as were the first three.

    I offered a partial refund or told the buyer to return it. He said he didn't want to do either that I should refund the entire $42.40 and he would "junk" the dvd/vcr combo. That screams SCAMMER. He finally agreed to return it which I sent a return shipping label and was following ebay policy and still got a negative review. Tried to blame 3 other defective purchases on me that I had nothing to do with. I was trying to make a simple mistake right .
