I tried to cancel the order the same day I place it but I was told the order was already shipped but I could ask request a return once the item was delivered. Once I received the boots I requested the return but seller denied the request. Seller responded stating that their company policy doesn’t allow returns. I contacted the seller adding a screenshot of the conversation where I was told I could return the item but no response from seller.

The first message we had received from this buyer was on Mar 17th, after they had gotten their purchase. They asked to return the item, but as it states in the listing, our store doesn't offer returns. Rest assured, any item a buyer wants to cancel before it ships, we will - just send us a message. After speaking with eBay support, it seems this screenshot is a generic message from eBay about terms, because the buyer tried to cancel after the item was shipped. They never messaged us beforehand.
