  I purchased a Mac Duggal dress from "airliamartz" (also "martziechic") and received a damaged item with a torn skirt, poor hand repair on the chest, and an unpleasant odor, none of which were disclosed. The seller denied the issues, blamed eBay, and then claimed they no longer had the correct dress. However, they are still listing the same dress under another account. This seller is dishonest, misleading, and untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

  We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. eBay originally stepped in and did not allow you to return the item,as it was an international order. After calling them, it looks like you have a return open now. If the item is returned, we can refund you. In our messages we were honest about the item mix up and what you could do, even sending you to customer service itself, but you insisted on us fully refunding you and you keeping the dress, unless we sent you another for free.
