All new items were brand new and factory sealed while the used item was handled carefully with both the item and box in like new condition considering the age.   Came in a day early, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the two figures :) The boxes were unopened, both still in original packaging and the packages were wrapped in bubble wrap and newspapers. The seller even included a thank you note and 2 paper cranes, (very cute!! thank you) and the seller also had very good communication, and answered all my questions quickly. I will be buying from this seller again, and I encourage you to buy from them as well :)
